Each piece of jewelry is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur—this adds to the uniqueness of your piece! Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. This does not apply to custom orders and we will reach out to you directly through email with details of when your order will be completed.
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Please note that remembrance accessory shipping rates may be slightly higher. These orders are fully insured based on the total value and weight to ensure they are protected in transit.
Once an order leaves our studio, United States Postal Service (USPS) is responsible for delivery. In the event of delays, damage, or a lost package, we will promptly file a claim on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the claims process.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at megan@ fennofashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:
Avoid direct contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Store your pieces in a dry, cool place—ideally in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
To keep your jewelry clean, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth and clean the jewelry gently.
Avoid wearing jewelry during heavy activity or while sleeping to prevent damage.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details solely for order processing and communication purposes.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
