I like to tell this story, because I think it’s a sweet one: This lady purchased earrings out of a boutique I was selling my jewelry in back in 2008. They became her favorite pair of earrings. But after hundreds of wears, one of the earring posts started to bend to the point where she wasn’t able to wear her earrings comfortably. I no longer carried that design, but she contacted me in 2015, asking if I would be able to fix the ones she had; explaining that she pretty much wore them everyday since she purchased them. I was so flattered that she’d been wearing these same earrings for seven years straight, I ordered the supplies to make her several new pairs and mailed them to her as a surprise. That way,  she’d  never would be without her favorite earrings. 

It’s little things like the story above that really make me enjoy what I’m doing that much more. The connections I’ve made, people I’ve met and allowing my accessories to be part of your big wedding day or important celebrations is just make for the best feeling as a business owner.

SHIPPING: In order to deliver on my promise of exceedingly personal & excellent customer service, I guarantee to process all in stock accessories within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. Typically your order will likely ship the same day! 

All orders will be mailed via First Class Mail through through USPS. If you wish to use a different carrier, please put that information in the special notes section when checking out. All orders will come with tracking information to ensure you know right where your accessories are when on the way! 

Custom orders may take additional time, but an estimate will be given before your purchase. 

EASY RETURNS & REPAIRS: I like to keep things simple.

If you order something and change your mind —  no worries! You can exchange your jewelry up to 30 days after your purchase or can receive a credit to the online boutique for future use — your call.

Have an accessory that needs to be repaired?

It happens to the best of pieces. Sometimes a clasp can stop working after years of wear or a glass bead breaks. Whatever the issue, I’m alway happy to get your accessory back to you fixed up like it’s brand new — even if it accident;y went through the laundry and is missing a few rhinestones. I’ve done that too.

If I can’t fix your piece of jewelry back to it’s original condition, I typically offer customers something similar that’s in stock or try to get the piece of jewelry back to as close it your purchased it originally. Because I have no timeline of how long you can have something repaired, just know if it’s 5 years old, the chance of having the same thing in stock is very slim. But I’ll do my best.

Side note: I also don’t mind fixing that necklace your best friend gave you years ago; even if it isn’t a FENNOfashion piece. I’ve given hundreds of accessories new life after sitting in drawers broken for a minimal cost. To get a quote, please send an email: Megan@MEGANFENNO.com
